Our Journey Together Toward Your One-of-a-Kind Structure

Over more than 20 years of teamwork in the development and construction of one-of-a-kind structures, we have perfected our service processes.

Below you can see the resulting milestones.

Our processes, which have been continuously optimized over the years, ensure that the designer’s intuition—mentioned at the beginning—is supplemented by all relevant foundational elements.

It doesn’t matter whether the project is a private residence, a corporate building, or a public facility.

Planning services that are subject to approval or require submission of construction plans are, where necessary, provided by architects or appropriately qualified planning partners, who also assume technical responsibility for them.

Phase 1: Meticulous Analysis

- Your specific usage requirements are analyzed (space allocation requirements, usable floor area, current and future resident demographics, etc.): drawing on meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and real-world and planning experience, we work through a questionnaire that has been refined over the years and continue to optimize it until we reach the starting point for the design work.

- The parameters of the property are determined and evaluated (location, slope, orientation of the sun’s path, zoning plan, surrounding buildings, vegetation, noise barrier requirements, attractive sightlines or those to be obscured, views to be avoided, third-party structures, etc.).

Phase 2: Planning Concept

- A space allocation plan is created and optimized (organized by floors and areas of use)

- Determining design parameters relevant to the initial visualization (facade color, patio flooring, with or without a fireplace, etc.)

Phase 3: Design Competition

Choose from 2 options:

- The result is a precise breakdown of costs—not a “cost estimate.”
