Heinze&#8217;s design will now be built on a former manor with listed building status in Leipzig. On the slope above the river, the building will enrich the cityscape with a cantilevered &#8220;edge pool&#8221; visible from afar. Ecological efficiency technology with a water reservoir over 3 floors and a large seawater aquarium are just two of the special features of this project without compromise. Plenty of space for the client&#8217;s children and grandchildren characterize the room structure and thus also have an influence on the architecture of the hospitable house itself.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
