The client enthusiastically received the studies &#8211; the finalization of the winning design is now in progress. A very restrictive development plan was artfully countered: minimum roof pitch 25 degrees, dormers maximum 1\/3 of the building length, distance of all roof superstructures at least 1.5m from the gable wall, 75cm maximum jamb height, 3 rows of roof tiles at least between the roof ridge and the upper edge of the dormers.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 {\n\t\t\t\tmargin:
