Most recently, the designs for 2 family houses in modern architecture near Heilbronn were completed. These are the families of two brothers who want to build 2 individual design houses with flat roofs next to each other. The result is an architectural ensemble of 2 2-storey houses in a straightforward design language, which are both similar and complementary. “This was one of the most exciting tasks of my career,” confirms the designer Hans Heinze, “the client’s requirement that the houses should speak one language, but still express the individuality of each family, was a great challenge.”

The design planning will now be submitted for planning permission. Construction work in Heilbronn is likely to start in 2019 once the good weather sets in. AVANTECTURE is looking forward to an interesting project.
