The heritage office has also already given the OK, saying that the “building blends in excellently with its surroundings”, which was quite difficult to achieve. My penthouse apartment totally inspires me, especially her little idea of the glass reading dome. I could now rent out all the units several times.”
The design for the apartment building at an acute intersection was subject to strict requirements from the building authorities regarding the surrounding buildings. The basic motif with a “round corner” simultaneously created an exciting look and softened the acute angle.

We worked with a local investor to design this luxury apartment building on the shores of Lake Starnberg. The residential building contains 5 residential units on 2.5 floors. The highlight is the penthouse apartment with a spacious roof terrace.
