This technical marvel has now been completed.
The technical building equipment, which is unique in Germany, offers maximum energy efficiency and is therefore ecologically highly future-oriented, forming the perfect counterpart to the extraordinary architecture. For example, a 9m high and 2.2m diameter hot water tank was installed in one of our projects.

A seawater aquarium and a very special edge pool are further highlights of our flagship project here in Saxony.

Final work on the exterior and the final interior fittings are still to be completed.
