In addition to the residential building projects shown, another very interesting project is being realized: the first construction phase of an innovative technology center. A 3000sqm hall with offices, technical laboratories and storage space extends an existing company site of a flourishing environmental measurement technology company. 2 years from now, the 2nd construction phase will be the largest and most avant-garde building to date (another technology center on a coal bunker from the 2nd World War) from our design oeuvre.

A project we realized 5 years ago in Leipzig is now to be extended by 100% of the floor space in a suitable design language – the new design is currently in progress. Planning and constructing modern office buildings for innovative companies is one of our specialties.
