Villa in avant-garde design with approx. 320 sqm of living and usable space on Lake Phoenix near Dortmund. An aquarium, a terrace on each of the 3 floors and a fireplace are part of the facilities. The sculpture-like exterior structure stands out clearly from the large variety of modern flat-roofed houses in the new development area, some of which are very good, which was a particular wish of the client. Although the construction plan was very progressive, it was not easy to comply with all the restrictions that were in place. The view of the lake in the evening with all the good architecture is very beautiful.
