Detached house with pitched roof in modern architecture (B-plan requirement) and approx. 479 sqm of living and usable space in a green oasis with stream in Königstein. Two large dormers set at an angle opposite each other circumvent the pitched roof requirement of the development plan. From the driveway, the gabled roof of the villa is almost completely concealed and the house looks like a flat-roofed house, as desired by the client. A modern detached house with a pitched roof without overhang and attractive terraces on the upper and top floors. The house was developed individually for the client as part of a design competition and realized as a solid house.
