A sculpture is being created: now that the shell of the residential building in Wölkau near Leipzig has been completed, the pool and the floating garden house with an equally floating terrace are being built. The windows are already in production and the interior work has just begun. The construction site is already being secured by a solar fence, which will later serve as an enclosure.

The luxury residential ensemble also includes an already completed wooden house with a flat roof based on our design at the back of the garden. The overall project will be completed in late summer.
